1. Who We Are
DreamBuild AI is an online platform. We are not a contractor, employer, or agent of any contractor or homeowner using our service. We connect homeowners with independent third-party contractors.
2. Information We Collect
- Homeowners: name, email, phone, project address, ZIP, project type, budget, photos you upload, and AI-generated designs created from them.
- Contractors: business name, contact info, license number, insurance carrier, years in business, service areas, portfolio photos, and payment information processed by Stripe.
- Automatic: device, browser, IP, and basic usage analytics.
3. How We Use Information
- To generate AI design previews from photos you upload.
- To match homeowners with contractors who serve their area and project type.
- To share unlocked homeowner contact details with the contractor who paid for the lead.
- To process payments (via Stripe) and operate the platform.
- To communicate with you about your account.
4. Lead Sharing
When a contractor unlocks a homeowner lead, the homeowner's name, email, phone, address, project type, budget, uploaded photo, and AI designs are shared with that contractor so they can reach out. By submitting a project, homeowners consent to this sharing.
5. Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers or bank credentials on our servers.
6. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: (a) the contractor who unlocks a lead, (b) service providers operating the platform (hosting, AI providers, Stripe), and (c) when required by law.
7. Your Choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by emailing us. Some records may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud- prevention purposes.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is 100% secure. You use the platform at your own risk.
9. Children
DreamBuild AI is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
