DreamBuild AI ("DreamBuild," "we," "us") operates an online platform that uses AI to help homeowners visualize remodels and that connects them with independent third-party contractors. We are not a construction company, general contractor, design firm, broker, agent, employer, partner, joint venturer, or representative of any contractor or homeowner. We do not perform, manage, supervise, inspect, warrant, or guarantee any work. We have no employees who perform construction services.
All contractors listed on the platform are independent businesses solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, workmanship, employees, subcontractors, taxes, materials, pricing, scheduling, contracts, warranties, and disputes. Any agreement, contract, payment, or arrangement between a homeowner and a contractor is strictly between those two parties. DreamBuild is not a party to it.
We may collect license numbers, insurance information, and past-work photos from contractors, but we do not independently verify, endorse, vet, or guarantee any contractor's qualifications, credentials, work history, or the accuracy of any information they provide. Homeowners are solely responsible for verifying licensing, insurance, references, and quality of work before hiring any contractor.
AI-generated images, budgets, and estimates are visualizations only — not architectural plans, engineering documents, permits, or binding quotes. Actual costs, timelines, materials, and feasibility must be confirmed by a licensed professional. We make no warranties about accuracy.
Contractors purchase access to homeowner leads through the platform. Lead-credit purchases are non-refundable once a lead has been unlocked. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, contract, or revenue for the contractor.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamBuild AI, its founders, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including property damage, personal injury, defective work, unfinished projects, contractor fraud, disputes, delays, or loss of money — arising from the work performed by any contractor, any agreement between users, or any use of AI-generated content. Our total aggregate liability to any user is limited to the fees that user paid to DreamBuild in the 90 days before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamBuild AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your interactions with other users, your work, or your violation of these Terms.
You may not use the platform to post false information, impersonate others, spam, submit fake leads, manipulate reviews, or violate any law. We may suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
